Be aware of "so called on line Bankruptcy preparation sites" because your documents must bear the original signatures of the Bankruptcy Petition Preparer for the Bankruptcy Court to accept them. If you prepare the questionnaires on line, the documents will still have to be prepared and signed by the Bankruptcy Petition Preparer then mailed to you before they can be filed. We also believe there is a greater chance of Identity Theft if you complete the Bankruptcy Questionnaire on-line.
After placing your order our Bankruptcy Questionnaire will be E-mailed to you. When you have completed the Questionnaire it can be E-mailed to iaco04@yahoo.com, Faxed or Regular mailed to our office address on our Contact Page. We believe these methods provide the most secure way to transmitt the questionnaire to us.
Approximately 24-48 hours after receipt of the Bankruptcy Questionnaire, we will Complete your Court Documents and send them to you by PRIORITY MAIL with instructions on how to file them with the Bankruptcy Court District in your State. When your Bankruptcy documents are completed they CAN NOT BE E-MAILED TO YOU because of various documents that require our original signatures. E-mailed copies are not permitted by the Bankruptcy Court.
The Bankruptcy Court MEANS TEST DOCUMENTS are included at no extra charge.
Your CREDIT LIABILTY REPORT is included at no extra charge.
We prepare only Chapter 7 Individual Bankruptcy Petitions.
Credit Counseling Agencies.
We will provide you with the names of Bankruptcy Court approved Credit Counseling Agencies who will provide you with the required Bankruptcy Counseling Certificates that must be filed with the Bankruptcy Court.
COURT FILING FEES as of this date are $ 299.00, BUT if you are un-employed or are unable to pay the filing fees and would like to request a Fee Waiver or request payments for the Filing Fees We will prepare the additional required documents at no additional fees.
